Nicki has been a lifelong resident of Marietta. In November 2000, she and her husband, Jason, were married, and soon after, they welcomed their first son, Tucker. Three years later, they welcomed their second son, Colson. Both children were diagnosed with a genetic disorder that results in intellectual delays. From the very beginning, Nicki and Jason quickly became their children's advocates and voices, a role they have continued to fulfill throughout their lives as both sons now navigate their twenties.

We are a parent-run organization. When my two sons with intellectual disabilities reached adulthood, I recognized the critical need for additional in-home care agencies in our community. This realization inspired my husband and me to establish our own agency. Our passion for advocating for our children’s success and encouraging them to become active members of the community is reflected in the care we provide for all the individuals we serve. We maintain the same level of commitment and dedication to each person we serve as we do for our own children.
